Yes! We provide free sample kits that include food containers, cups, lids, and more. Shipping is $25 (applies to the US, EU, Australia, Southeast Asia, etc.; please contact us for other regions). Samples ship from our warehouse in China within 1–3 business days.
Samples include paper lids (eco-friendly option), PP lids (heat resistant), and PET lids (clear display) so you can test different applications.
Yes! We ship worldwide from China using logistics partners such as Yanwen, DHL, FedEx, 4PX, and others.

Currently, self-pickup is not available. All orders ship from China. Contact us if you have special requests.
Not at the moment. We accept multiple payment methods including credit cards and PayPal. Wholesale customers with orders of $500–$1000+ may contact us to discuss installment plans or customized payment options.
If your order has not been processed yet (within 1–3 business days), contact us to add items and we will update your total and shipping cost. If the order has already shipped, you will need to place a new order.

Yes, for the following reasons:
Product damaged during shipping or defective
Wrong product sent (wrong model, quantity, etc.)
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@packsbio.com with your order number and photos of the issue. After review, we will offer a refund or replacement.
If the return is due to product defects or shipping errors, we cover the return shipping cost. For other reasons, the customer pays the return shipping.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product (refund does not include original shipping fees).
Custom products are non-returnable unless there is a quality issue.
Our products mainly use renewable plant fibers such as sugarcane pulp and bamboo pulp. To improve oil and water resistance, some products include a thin PE coating. We prioritize eco-friendly raw materials and processes to reduce environmental impact.
Our products are made from biodegradable plant fibers that naturally break down over time. However, due to the PE coating, they are not fully compostable and we do not claim “100% compostable” unless certified by authorities like BPI or TÜV.

We use non-wood plant-based paper (e.g., sugarcane pulp, bamboo pulp), which is more eco-friendly and reduces deforestation, and meets food-grade standards.
Paper lids: best for cold foods and eco-friendly use
PP lids: heat resistant up to 212°F (100°C), suitable for hot foods
PET lids: transparent, ideal for display or cold drinks
